The 7-day refund

You can ask for a full refund of your first paid charge within 7 days of being charged. This applies to the first payment on any paid plan, monthly or yearly. There is no free plan or free trial, so this window is how you try Roper without risk.

What isn't refundable

Payments after the first one, including renewals, are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before the renewal date.

How to ask

Email support@getroper.com from the address on your account, within the 7-day window, and say you would like a refund. You don't need to give a reason, though we would like to hear what was missing.

Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record for your subscription, so an approved refund goes back to the original payment method through Dodo. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the billing page in your account, or by emailing us. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep your paid features until then. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund a payment that has already been made, apart from the 7-day refund above.

Your legal rights

Consumers in the EU and UK keep their statutory withdrawal rights, and nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live. The full terms are in our terms of service, section 8.
